Edge8 has collected more than 300 survey responses from leaders since September 2025 and spoken to 949 keynote and workshop attendees. These three figures come from our pre-program readiness survey of client leadership teams in 2026: the share rating each statement 4 or 5 out of 5. Stanford found the same gap in the AI projects that worked: in The Enterprise AI Playbook, the Digital Economy Lab's study of 51 successful enterprise deployments, only 6% had data fully ready for AI, and 77% of the hardest challenges were data quality, process redesign and change management, not the technology.
